Northwest One – Redevelopment

The Northwest One plan calls for over 1,000 new units of housing, community amenities and approximately 250,000 square feet of commercial space. Through New Communities, several new mixed-income developments have either been completed or are under construction as part of the redevelopment of Northwest One. They include:

A. The SeVerna (2 phases)

• Phase I: 60 total units, 30 replacement and 30 additional affordable, delivered in November 2011
• Phase II: 133 total units, 48 replacement units, 53 additional affordable, and 32 market rate, delivering summer 2014

B. 2 M Street: 314 total units, 59 replacement, 34 additional affordable, and 221 market, delivering summer 2014.
