The existing redevelopment plan includes mixed-income housing, commercial space and green space. The plan has  produced  9 units in Marley Ridge, 29 home-ownership units in Eden Place, and:

A. 4427 Hayes St, NE: 26 total units, delivered in 2011
B. The Nannie Helen at 4800: 70 total units, including 23 replacement units, and 47 additional affordable units, delivered in 2013
