Park Morton

Park Morton is located in Ward 1 proximate to the Georgia Avenue corridor, Petworth and Park View neighborhood. The community sits within one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the city with a legacy of being a center of African American commerce and activity. The Park Morton housing complex consists of 174 two-bedroom public housing units that will be redeveloped into a mixed-income development.
