Park Morton – Redevelopment

Through New Communities, a new mixed-income housing development, The Avenue, was constructed in the Park Morton neighborhood in 2011. The Avenue is a mixed-income apartment complex located across Georgia Avenue, with 83 total units, including 27 replacement units and 56 additional affordable units, delivered in 2011.
