Join NCI for refreshments and conversation during our weekly Pop-Up Picnics where we’ll be talking with residents and answering any questions you may have.
Join the DC Housing Authority, the New Communities team, and members of Pennrose Properties and The Warrenton Group to discuss the development at 5201 Hayes Street, NE. Please see the flyer for meeting information. *Please note, this meeting is primarily for current residents of Lincoln Heights and Richardson Dwellings, regarding the 50 replacement units in the project.*
The New Communities Initiative (NCI) team will be holding Juice Bar Thursdays every week during the month of June at the Riverside Center from 1:00PM to 3:00PM and from 6:30PM to 7:30PM. On April 10th, the DC Housing Authority and the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development will host a community-wide meeting for all residents to hear more about the planned redevelopment for Lincoln Heights and Richardson Dwellings.
