Come join your friends and neighbors in the Greater Deanwood community as we discuss the changes happening in our community and what we’d like to see! Share your thoughts on what you’d like to preserve, fix, and build up in your neighborhood. There will be free refreshments and coffee provided by Deanwood’s very own Penny Brew Coffee.

Strand Theater and Providence Place: Community Update & Zoning Process

  • Faunteroy Center (4800 Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue, NE –ground floor)

The Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED), along with the Office of Planning (OP), and the respective development teams for the Strand Theater project and Providence Place project will host a public meeting to brief the community on the PUD process prior to the upcoming hearings with the Zoning Commission.
