Lincoln Heights – Existing Housing

The redevelopment plan includes  demolition of 630  distressed public housing units that make up Lincoln Heights and Richardson Dwellings.

A. Lincoln Heights consists of 440 public housing units, comprised of a combination of townhouses and low-rise apartment buildings.

B. Richardson Dwellings, situated just east of Lincoln Heights, consists of 190 public housing units, comprised of a combination of townhouses and low-rise apartment buildings.
