Barry Farm – Redevelopment

The redevelopment plan calls for over 1,100 units of new housing, commercial space and plenty of open space. Through New Communities, several new housing developments have built in the neighborhood. They include:

A. Matthews Memorial Terrace: 99 total units, including 35 replacement units and 64 additional affordable units, delivered in 2012

B. Sheridan Station (3 phases):

Phase I, 114 total units, including 25 replacement units and 89 additional affordable units, delivered 2011.
Phase II, 80 home-ownership units (not NCI funded)
Phase III: 133 total units, 40 replacement units, and 93 additional affordable, delivering summer 2015
