On Saturday August 9th, Words Beats & Life, Inc. and WPFW 89.3FM will be hosting the first ever Park Jam at Marvin Gaye Park from 12pm-7pm. The Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting on July 28th, 2014 at 6:30 PM. This meeting is a follow up to the public zoning hearing held in June. The commission will review materials and determine whether to take proposed action or hold a further hearing in September.
