Progress for Build First Projects in Lincoln Heights/Richardson Dwellings

The DC Zoning Commission set down two “build first” developments for Lincoln Heights/Richardson Dwellings in June.  Providence Place, which will have 100 units – 35 replacement and 65 affordable – was set down on June 12^th.  The Strand Development, which will have 86 units – 28 replacement and 58 affordable – was set down on June 26^th.  Hearings will follow, likely in the fall.  The applications can be viewed here:
